Our Northeast holiday is usually held at the wonderful Queen Mary’s School, in a picturesque area of North Yorkshire.

A time of reflection and renewal for our North East holiday

In 2025, our holiday in the North East will take a brief pause as we work to ensure its future is even brighter. This decision has been made to allow us time to review and strengthen the service, ensuring it continues to provide the highest quality experience for the children and families we support.

We are taking this opportunity to:

  • Evaluate operations and plan for the future: Develop a robust strategy to ensure the holiday thrives for years to come.
  • Review the venue: Explore options to ensure the location best meets the needs of our children, families, and volunteers.
  • Our commitment to the families and children who rely on this service remains unwavering.

The Newman Holiday Trust is an entirely voluntary organisation. The Trust has no paid staff and therefore all money donated goes directly towards providing holidays for children with disabilities and special needs.
