The Midlands holiday at St Bede's, Staffordshire
During term time, St Bede’s (www.saintbedes.co.uk) is a family-run school set in an historic 18th century house in the heart of Staffordshire with beautiful gardens and breath-taking grounds.
For one week each year, St Bede’s plays host to the Newman Holiday Trust as the selected holiday venue for the Midlands accommodating around 20 children and 25 helpers.
The family home of St Bede’s offers a safe and welcoming environment with fantastic facilities in an unforgettable setting.
The Newman Trust really does enhance the lives of the disabled children who attend.
The experience was extremely important to my son – thank you both and to all the team again, and to his helper who he adored spending time with!
When my son talks about the holiday his little face lights up.
As a family we gratefully appreciate all you have done for us. It takes special people to do something like that and you are up there with the best.
My daughter was with a group of very caring, friendly and hard-working staff who helped her to have a very memorable holiday.
This whole experience has helped [my daughter] to grow in confidence and has been a real boost to her social skills.
